Tim is a policy analyst for the Office of the State Treasurer. Prior to that he worked at the legislature for more than six years. 

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Eastern Connecticut State University and is a graduate fellow in UConn’s MPA program. He also serves on Manchester’s Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Assessment Appeals. 

He and is wife Jen are both longtime Manchester residents and have one son.  Jen is a teacher at Verplanck Elementary School and serves as president of the Manchester Dog Owners Group (MDOG).
